Tesa 4964 Double Coated Tape with Fabric Backing 3″ x 25MTesa 4964 is a 15 mil, double-coated cloth tape that has a tear resistant flexible fabric backing and rubber adhesive system. The adhesive has a high coating weight making it well suited for mounting on irregular surfaces. Typically used in holding down premium carpets or attachment of textile prior to permanent sewing (e.g., for baseball cap emblems).
