M24 (3.0mm Pitch, Standard Coarse Thread), Set Screw, Hex Head, High Tensile (8.8), Zinc Plated
Fixaballsells all lengths of M24, zinc, hexagonal head, set screws (fully threaded).
Hex Head Set Screwis similar to a hex head, bolt and can be used in a similar way. The difference is that asetis fully threaded and aboltis not. A bolt has a part-plain shank that will reduce damage to a hole where you will expect movement and vibrations. A set might be used to fix something to a permanent position and has better flexibility with fastening with its longer threaded area.
