3M Scotch-Weld Structural Plastic Adhesive DP8005, 45ml tube – Black3M Scotch-Weld Structural Plastic Adhesive DP8005 is a two part acrylic-based adhesive that provide high quality bonding performance on low surface energy plastics, including polypropylene (PE) , Polyethylene (PP), and thermoplastic olefinswithout special surface treatment.

Directions for Use:Important: Use only the specified 3M EPX Plus II Applicator system.1) Apply adhesive to clean, dry substrates, which are free of paint, oxide films, oils,dust, mold release agents and all other surface contaminants.2)Place 45ml duo-pak cartridge in EPX applicator. Remove cap. Dispense and discarda small amount of adhesive to assure even ratio and free flow. Clear orifice ifnecessary. Use only orange 10:1 square mixing nozzle by: (a) aligning nozzle notchwith cartridge recess, and (b) twisting into place.Dispense and discard a smallamount of adhesive through nozzle until the adhesive is mixed.
Note: DP8005 45ml Adhesive require 3M EPX Plus II Applicator, EPX 10:1 Plunger, and EPX 10:1 (Orange Square) Mixing Nozzle for proper use
